Why did you choose Ebac Watercoolers?

We thought long and hard about our watercooler supplier and it came down to 2 key things. First Ebac's coolers are better designed and better engineered than less expensive coolers out there. They are robust and we thought they would last a long time - which they have. This allowed us to achieve the lowest cost of ownership - which is not just based on the initial cost of the cooler. Second was Ebac's finance package and extended credit - this allowed us to buy the best quality watercoolers and Ebac helped us fund this.

Why did you choose the Watercooler with a Watertrail™ Sanitisation system?

There was much debate about this one. At that time many people in the industry saw sanitisation as a nice little profit stream, it was for us too. However there were two main issues with his - after all the costs it really wasn't as profitable as we thought and secondly it wasn't as hygienic as we thought. Moving to Ebac's patented Watertrail™ system gives our customer 100% hygine and Sanitisation is a much more profitable part of our business now.

So working with Ebac can't be all good, what's the downside?

The downside is the initial cost of Ebac's coolers - they are more expensive. But because they are so durable and tough, they last so much more longer than other inferior coolers we have had, so the total cost is much less in the long run.

Are you considering any of Ebac's new Watercoolers?

Yes, we have already placed an advanced order for their new Point of Use watercoolers, they seem excellent. We are also taking delivery of a series of the new F-Max watercooler which has some outstanding features like the higher burst rate - helping us sell more water! We really like Ebac's innovation and as a key partner we get access to the new technology first.

How's your business doing?

It a tough market, but thankfully we have been doing great. Water consumption up - thanks to some nice little features on Ebac watercoolers, new customer adoption is up and we are very happy to say we are doing well, long may it continue.
