GPS Delivery System
Ebac Water Logistics’ GPS Delivery system, featuring a hand-held driver device, will improve the accuracy of deliveries and minimise route completion times with real time information to aid important management decisions.

• Daily delivery schedules, instructions and customer information is downloaded to user friendly hand-held driver devices. A choice of lightweight pda or rugged hand-held devices are available.
• The hand-helds include integrated satellite navigation to minimise route completion times and optimise driver time (including for new drivers or agency staff).
• Real time synchronisation between the hand-helds and head office ensures information is always up to date regardless of it coming from several sources. The GPS system facilitates important data and changing customer requirements to be captured at source and updated based visit observations.
• The system is completely paperless if desired with electronic signed proof of delivery and automated delivery confirmations and statements by e-mail. Data capture is updated centrally to avoid any lost paper work and to improve client billing efficiency, and can be used to identify discrepancies between products and services consumed against products and services invoiced.
• The GPS system provides management with real time visibility including real time vehicle tracking for delivery progress, as well as driver lossage reports to minimise water loss and tracking of lost bottles.
